DPL Progressive Divider with visual pin

A DPL progressive divider with visual pin distributes oil or grease in a controlled manner to multiple lubrication points while also providing a visual indication of the progressive lubrication cycle. This DPL version is equipped with a visual pin that follows the movement of an internal piston. This makes it easy to check on site whether the divider is performing its lubrication cycles.

The monoblock dividers with visual pin are available with 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 outlets.

In a DPL progressive divider, the supplied lubricant is distributed by a series of internal pistons. These pistons move sequentially in a fixed order. The movement of one piston enables the next piston to move, ensuring that all outlets are supplied with lubricant in sequence during a complete cycle.

This progressive operating principle also makes it possible to monitor the system. If a line or lubrication point becomes blocked and a piston is consequently unable to move, the entire progressive cycle is interrupted.

Visual monitoring of the lubrication cycle

The main difference compared with a standard DPL divider is the visual pin. It moves together with one of the internal pistons and makes the operation of the divider visible from the outside.

During each complete lubrication cycle, the visual pin moves back and forth. This allows an operator or maintenance technician to easily check visually whether the DPL divider is performing its cycles.
