The pressure pin indicator with memory provides pressure monitoring in the primary and secondary lines of a DPL progressive lubrication system. This version reacts at a pressure of 250 bar.
When the pressure exceeds the preset value, the pressure pin extends. Thanks to the memory function, the indicator remains in this position even when the pressure drops again. This keeps a previous overpressure condition visible, allowing the cause or location of the malfunction to be identified.
After inspection, the pressure pin can be manually reset using the release lever.

Components required for connection to a DPL block
The pressure pin indicator cannot be mounted directly on the DPL divider block. Additional components are required for the connection:
- 03.222.2 or 03.222.2.CV – outlet adapter
- 09.600.5 – banjo connection for pressure pin indicator
The 03.222.2 / 03.222.2.CV outlet adapter is mounted on the outlet of the DPL block. The 09.600.5 banjo connection is then used to connect the pressure pin indicator to this outlet.
