DPL Accessories

With the right DPL accessories, a DPL progressive divider can be adapted, monitored and expanded according to the application. The range includes inlet filters, pressure pin indicators, Inductive Controls, shut-off valves and banjo fittings. These accessories can be used to filter the lubricant supply, monitor the operation of the lubrication system or divide an installation into separate lubrication sections.

The accessories are designed for use with DPL monoblock progressive dividers in automatic centralized lubrication systems.

Inlet filters for DPL dividers
Reliable operation of a progressive divider requires clean lubricant. Various inlet filters are available for this purpose and are installed on the supply side of the DPL divider.

Pressure pin indicators with memory
Pressure pin indicators with memory are available for detecting overpressure. They are used for pressure monitoring in the primary and secondary lines of a progressive lubrication system.

When the pressure rises above the preset value, the pressure pin extends. Thanks to the memory function, the indicator remains in this position even when the pressure subsequently drops.

Banjo connection for pressure pin indicator
The 09.600.5 banjo connection is available for mounting a pressure pin indicator. Thanks to its angled banjo design, the indicator can be mounted compactly on the DPL block.

Inductive Control for electrical monitoring
When electrical monitoring of the progressive lubrication cycle is required, Inductive Controls are available. These detect the movement of a piston and convert it into an electrical signal.

This allows the operation of the lubrication system to be automatically monitored by a machine controller. The DPL accessories range also includes ATEX versions for applications in suitable potentially explosive environments, including versions for Group II, Category 3G/3D and Group II, Categories 1D and 1G/2G.

Shut-off valves for separate lubrication sections
A shut-off valve can be used to divide a progressive lubrication system into separately controlled sections. The valve is installed on the supply side of a DPL divider and determines whether lubricant can flow to that divider. The range includes shut-off valves with different supply voltages, including 24 V DC, 115 V AC and 230 V AC.

Banjo fittings + grease nipple
In addition to control and monitoring components, the range also includes various banjo fittings + grease nipples. These accessories allow components within the progressive lubrication system to be mounted and connected according to the application.
