When the pump is activated, pressure reaches opening (1). Due to the sealing of the valve lip (2), lubricant flows into chamber (3). This causes piston (4) to move, delivering the pre-stored amount of lubricant from chamber (5).

During the discharge phase, piston (4), driven by the spring, returns to its original position. This movement opens the sealing valve (2), releases opening (6), and allows lubricant to transfer from chamber (3) to chamber (5).

Piston (4) has completed its full stroke. The lubricant has been fully transferred from chamber (3) to chamber (5). The sealing valve (2) has closed opening (6) again. The dosing valve is now ready for a new lubrication cycle.
