The Ilcomatic 3 dosing valves are used in central lubrication systems operating with oil or semi-fluid greases. They can be mounted on single-sided or double-sided aluminium manifold blocks, or directly at the lubrication point. For correct operation, the line pressure must not be lower than 15 bar, even at very low feed rates.
The lubricant is supplied by a pump to achieve the required pressure. The valves are designed for delayed lubricant delivery when the pump stops and the pressure in the main lines drops. They are suitable for medium and large installations with a high number of lubrication points.
