The electric grease pumps from ILC MAX are highly suitable for the automatic lubrication of all types of industrial machines and mobile equipment.
One pump can, in combination with a progressive distributor, supply lubricant to more than 100 lubrication points.
Depending on the desired lubrication cycle and application, the operation of the pump can be set with or without intervals (work/pause).
This can be done using the optional electronic timer, which allows these intervals to be pre-programmed.
The timer also provides several additional functions such as: reset, pre-lubrication, external cycle alarm (via progressive distributor or pressure relief valve), low-level alert, etc.
The electrically driven pump has the capability of up to 3 outlets to which a pumping element can be connected.
Each pumping element is equipped with a non-return valve that protects the pump and installation components from possible overpressure.
