The progressive DPX distributors consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 dosing elements (distribution segments). You can connect a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 24 lubrication points to these distributors.
To monitor the entire distribution process, it is sufficient to place a visual or electronic sensor on just one segment of the progressive distributor.
There are dosing elements with four different flow rates available, providing great flexibility to deliver the desired amount of grease to the lubrication points.
The electric pump pushes the grease to the main progressive distributor, which then distributes the grease in the correct quantities to the different lubrication points or to the secondary distributors. Pistons force the grease in a specific direction, preventing it from taking the path of least resistance.
This system is ideal for metering oil and grease to one or multiple lubrication points, such as bearings or pivot points.
