The ILC MINI-MAX electric grease pump is a compact and versatile solution for automatic lubrication. The pump can supply lubrication points directly or be used in combination with DPX progressive distributors.
Depending on the configuration, the pump can be fitted with up to 10 pumping elements. This allows 8 lubrication points to be connected directly. In addition, 2 pumping elements can supply a DPX or DPL progressive distributor, enabling a single outlet to automatically lubricate multiple lubrication points.
The MINI-MAX is available with a 12 VDC, 24 VDC or 24 VAC drive and is suitable for greases up to NLGI Grade 2. On request, the pump can be supplied with an integrated timer.

Timer:
The MINI-MAX pump timer is integrated into the pump housing, close to the gearmotor, and can be accessed by removing the transparent protective cover. Thanks to the transparent cover, the two LED indicators showing the power status and alarm status remain visible from the outside. Once the protective cover has been removed, the operating times and functions can be configured, and the manual push button can be activated.

Easy to refill
MINI-MAX pumps can be filled with standard grease pumps via the specific grease nipple located in the lower part of the pump. It is very important for this operation to be done in a clean environment and for the lubricant going into the tank to have no impurities whatsoever.
When filling, do not exceed the maximum lubricant level shown on the tank plate and corresponding to the too-full discharge hole located to the side. The figure shows the standard filling method via a manual and/or pneumatic drum pump that is connected to the grease nipple
