DPL Fittings

DPL fittings are used to connect supply and lubrication lines to DPL monoblock progressive dividers. The range includes various inlet and outlet connections, allowing the tube routing to be adapted to the available installation space, the tube diameter used and the required connection method.

In addition to straight and 90° connections, the range includes push-in fittings, versions with check valves, outlet adapters, male fittings, cutting rings and outlet plugs.

Inlet connections for DPL dividers
The inlet connection forms the connection between the central supply line and the inlet of the DPL progressive divider. Oil or grease is supplied from the pump or main line to the divider block through this connection.

Depending on the installation, a straight or 90° inlet connection can be selected. A straight version is suitable when the tube can be installed in line with the connection. A 90° version allows the tube to be routed immediately at a right angle and is therefore practical where installation space is limited.

Inlet connections are available for different tube diameters.

Outlet connections to the lubrication points
From the outlets of a DPL divider, the metered quantity of lubricant is supplied through individual lines to the different lubrication points. DPL outlet connections are used for this purpose.

Different tube diameters and versions are also available. The correct fitting is selected according to the lubrication tube used and the required tube routing from the divider block.

Push-in fittings for quick installation
Push-in inlet and outlet connections are available for easy tube installation. With this system, the tube is inserted directly into the fitting.

The range includes both straight and 90° push-in fittings. This makes it possible to choose between straight tube routing and a compact right-angle connection.

Push-in fittings are available for different tube diameters, including 4 and 6 mm.

Outlet connections with check valve
For applications where lubricant backflow needs to be prevented, outlet connections with an integrated check valve are available.

The check valve allows lubricant to flow towards the lubrication point while preventing flow in the opposite direction. Both conventional and push-in outlet connections with check valves are available.

Standard outlet adapters
The outlets of a DPL progressive divider have a specific connection. When other standard fittings need to be used, a standard outlet adapter can be installed.

The range includes both a standard outlet adapter and an outlet adapter with integrated check valve. This allows the tube connection to be adapted to the configuration of the lubrication system.

Male fittings and cutting rings
For traditional tube connections with a mechanical clamping connection, separate male fittings and cutting rings are available. These components are combined with the appropriate connection and must be matched to the diameter of the lubrication tube.

For 6 mm tubing, for example, a specific male fitting and matching cutting ring are available. Together, these components secure the tube to the connection.

Outlet plugs for combining outlets
Not every lubrication point requires the same quantity of oil or grease. Suitable outlets on a DPL progressive divider can therefore be combined to provide a higher lubricant flow to a single lubrication point.
