DPL Progressive Divider with Inductive Control M12
A DPL progressive divider with Inductive Control M12 distributes oil or grease in a controlled manner to multiple lubrication points while also enabling electrical monitoring of the lubrication cycle. The movement of an internal piston is detected by an inductive sensor and converted into an electrical signal. This allows the operation of the progressive divider to be automatically monitored by the machine or lubrication system controller.

In a DPL progressive divider, the lubricant supplied by the pump is distributed by several internal pistons. These pistons move sequentially in a fixed order. The movement of each piston enables the next step in the lubrication cycle.
As a result, the individual metering movements are interconnected. If a line or lubrication point becomes blocked and a piston can no longer move, the rest of the progressive cycle is also interrupted. This principle makes the DPL particularly suitable for systems where correct execution of the lubrication cycle needs to be monitored.
Electrical cycle monitoring with Inductive Control
The main difference compared with a standard DPL divider is the inductive monitoring of the piston movement. The sensor detects the mechanical movement of a piston and generates an electrical signal.
This signal can be processed by a PLC or other machine controller. This makes it possible to automatically verify whether the DPL divider is actually performing cycles during a lubrication period.
If the expected piston movement does not occur, this may indicate that the progressive cycle has been interrupted. This version is therefore particularly suitable for machines where the centralized lubrication system needs to be monitored automatically.
