A Lubetool without housing uses a pneumatically driven plunger pump that delivers precise doses of oil (0–41 mm³ per stroke) via a flexible hose directly to the spray nozzle. The oil is atomized into a fine, uniform film by compressed air, significantly reducing friction and heat between contact surfaces.
The spray nozzle operates optimally with compressed air between 0.3 and 1.0 bar (ideally 0.5 bar). The pump and frequency generator require an operating air pressure between 5 and 10 bar.
