ILC centralised lubrication systems support a wide range of lubricants depending on the pump type and the application.

Compatible lubricants for ILC systems:

• Greases → Suitable for NLGI 000 up to NLGI 2.

  • Exception: One special pneumatic ILC pump can handle NLGI 3 greases.

• Oils → Compatible with viscosities from around 32 cSt to 1000 cSt.

• Special lubricants → For high-temperature or food-safe environments.

Lubricant selection tips:

• Check the machine manufacturer’s specs.

• Ensure compatibility with pump, hoses and divider blocks.

• Select the correct viscosity for best performance.
