The PEG-250N is a grease pump with a 25 kg metal reservoir.
This pump is ideal for automatic lubrication of various industrial lubrication systems. Combined with the progressive distributors DPL, DPX, and DMX, it can lubricate more than 300 lubrication points with a single pump.
The standard version comes with one outlet; additional pump elements must be ordered separately.
Other motor options are also available.

Operation
PEG pumps are designed for intermittent or continuous operation. Using an external PLC, lubrication cycles can be programmed for specific applications.
A gearmotor controls an internal cam which operates on 15 externally mounted pumping elements. Each pumping element is equipped with an adjustable maximum pressure valve able to protect the pump and the elements from overpressure.
It is possible to convey the flow rates of a second and a third piston to a single output for a greater flow.
The pumps can operate at a maximum recommended pressure of 350 bar with a maximum flow rate output of 0.16 cc/revs. The maximum relief valve is regulated at 250 bar.
Installation
The pump must be mounted vertically through the mounting bracket integrated in the pump body.
Motor
The PEG series electric pumps have a standard configuration that includes a three-phase engine.
It is possible to supply single-phase motors 115 VAC, 230 VAC 50/60 Hz or motors with special voltages.
