ILC PAG-40 pneumatic grease pump with a transparent 1.5 kg plastic reservoir and a fixed flow rate of 2 cc per cycle. Suitable for grease from NLGI 000 to NLGI 2 and equipped with an electrical minimum level sensor.
The pump is suitable for automatic centralized lubrication systems and can easily be combined with progressive DPX, DMX or DPL distributors.

Operation of the PAG-40
The pump operates in two phases: the discharge phase and the suction phase.
During the discharge phase, compressed air enters the pneumatic cylinder. The air moves the piston, increasing the grease pressure inside the hydraulic cylinder. The grease is then forced out of the cylinder through the discharge valve. To complete this cycle, the compressed air must be maintained for at least 10 seconds.
During the suction phase, the compressed air is released. The return spring pushes the piston back, creating a vacuum that draws grease into the hydraulic cylinder. To complete this phase, the compressed air must be released for at least 5 seconds.
For correct operation, a device is required upstream of the pump to regulate the compressed air supply. The pump is designed to operate at an air pressure of 4 to 8 bar.
The PAG-40 is equipped with a minimum level sensor. When the reserve level of 100 cc is reached, the sensor sends a signal.
