The progressive divider consists of 6 segments: 1 starting element, 4 intermediate elements, and 1 end element with a proximity switch.
The piston opens and closes the contact as it moves into its operational seat. They are usually used in cycle control systems where they can count up to 300 movement for minute.
The distribution block can have a maximum of 12 outlets. Each segment can have a different dosage, namely 25/45/75 or 105 mm³ per cycle.

Dimensions

The elements of the progressive distributors type DPX are designed for 1 or 2 outlets. When the passage between the 2 lateral outlets is closed off by a screw and ball (see fig. below), a distribution of the flow rate occurs at each outlet.
When the passage is open (see fig. 2), a double distribution of the flow rate is obtained at one of the available outlets. If it is necessary to close one outlet, do not forget to remove the screw and ball and only close the unused outlet. The elements are supplied as standard with 2 outlets, with the screw and ball mounted.
Upon request, it is possible to supply the elements with 1 outlet. In this case, they are marked with the letter “D” on the top side.
